So many of our images are shared on social media. After all, it's social, right? Before forewarned that some of these images come across very small in size, and rightly so. When you think of how many images are out there on social media, the numbers are mind blowing! No wonder the sizes are reduced to make things work on our phones and devices and not clog up the universe.
PROBLEM - small sizes make for terrible prints. Whether it's putting a picture framed on a wall, on your cork board at school, as a tribute board for an anniversary or graduation/yearbook, we all should be printing our pictures.
SOLUTION - The first step is to make sure your phone settings are set at a high quality level. Wouldn't it be a shame if all of these pictures were taken so small you could never print from them ever? The next step is, if you see a photo you really love, ask the person who took it to email it to you. This ensures you have a copy of it at that higher-quality rate. That way you'll always have it. You never know when you're going to want to print these. Don't burn your bridge and never have that opportunity again! Remember, photography is your own best home decor. It decorates our homes and our lives, not just our souls!
